One engine, now usable for sponsored outreach.

This operator flow wraps the existing Lasting Ground Audit engine for town, grant, and sponsor-led outreach. It keeps the ranking screening-level, the flood packet disclosure-ready, and the resident deliverable identical to the individual product.

  • Create a sponsor project and keep a local project manifest.
  • Upload a CSV or paste an address list.
  • Optionally upload GeoJSON to constrain a pilot area or watershed.
  • Generate ranked exports, resident report artifacts, and claim links.

Create a municipal or grant-backed cohort.

Projects are lightweight manifests. They keep a sponsor label, the latest run summary, and any resident claim export without changing the underlying report engine.

Run outreach targeting

Upload a CSV, paste an address list, and optionally add a GeoJSON boundary to constrain the cohort. GeoJSON filtering is conservative and keeps outside addresses visible rather than pretending parcel certainty.
